This home has been an ongoing collaboration between Coote & Co and our wonderful clients. Originally working with Charlotte’s father, Charlotte has had the privilege of continuing the design story of this home for over a decade.
Unafraid of colour, each room in this home has its own distinct personality. The green conservatory is the heart of the home where our clients gather with their family and friends. With the grand glass ceiling and doors to the garden this room is an extension of the outdoors and is furnished accordingly. Mixing a multitude of greens with antique oak furniture and bronze lighting this room is uplifting all year round.
We designed the lady’s study to be a place of work and retreat. Our brief, pink! We found inspiration in the beautiful Indian artworks collected on our client’s travels and the original hand rendered floor plans from their beach house. These two items set the tone for the colour pallet as well as the balance of classic and contemporary elements.
The master ensuite received a complete renovation, improving functionality and elevating the user experience with sophisticated materials including Italian marble, a bespoke lattice vanity and nickel tapware.
